Refund Policy
Simply UPSC follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Once a user subscribes to any paid service or course, the payment is generally non-refundable. However, in cases of accidental transactions, duplicate payments, or other genuine concerns, users may contact our support team for resolution. Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and if deemed valid, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Kindly note that refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Simply UPSC and shall be considered final.
